Seeking admission in MS in Aerospace Engineering in USA?

I'm an engineering graduate in computer science from indore.Can i have admission into MS program in top universities in USA ?.I have a GRE score OF 1100.I may reappear if the requirement is more.Wat is the minimum eligibility criteria for admission.Please guide me in terms of eligibility,universities,scope,payscale and d fee if possible.Awaiting a response asap.
