My 82 year old father married a 52 year old chinese women and i believe she abuses him?

He met her on the internet in 2003 (She spoke no English at the time) and went to china two times. he married her(2004 0r 2005) and did not tell any one in his family, he brought her to the US and she has managed to get his family out of the house. He can not have contact with his family any more unless she knows about it. She had a argument with his granddaughter and the police came and he said nothing happened I have medical power of attorney and she is trying to get that taken away. I feel my father is being Metal and verbally and financially abused. She was here and then went to china in 2009 my father broke his ankle and ended up having a pace maker put in 21 days in the hospital. He needed someone to take care of him and she stayed in china, This is her husband she should have been here taking care of him. she screams at him when we used to go over to the house. I see my father very depressed. What action do I need to take to get someone over there to check this women out?
