Do i have a good diet?? Or am i developing an eating disorder?
ok so im 19. weigh 45 kgs, 151 cms wanting to weigh 38kgs. I eat alot of fruit and by alot i mean like close to 7 or more pieces a day. For breakfast i have 1/2 cup soy milk and 1/2 cup museli. Lunch is always salad with either tempeh or salmon or tuna from a tin. and dinner is the same as lunch. Im quite critical of what i eat and get very upset if i feel i eat more than i should. I only have certain things i can eat and will not eat certain foods or food groups.I have almost compleatly cut out dairy except for maybe a yougurt every now hen which is not very often, and an egg or two every couple of weeks and will not touch anything which i see as fatty. I love bread but try not to eat 3 slices or more a week. Im very sparing with my condiments and i do check calorie, fat and sugar contents although i dont count calories. Even something with alot of sugar scares me as if i dont burn it off it will turn to fat. Is there some sort of disorded eating going on here as well. People say im skinny and should not loose anymore weight but theres parts of my body i just hate and feel as though they need to be skinner. Im also quite obsessed with seeing my bones and would be very pset if i was to get any heavier than what i am now. Please help!!
