Why is it OK for rich people to have photos of naked kids?

It is not illegal to have photos or paintings of naked children only if it involves ual activity. I personally think child abuse hysteria has gone to far i mean a mother recently got attacked because she photographed her own child having a bath . We have created a culture of fear which is not healthy for our children . In native cultures in South America kids and adults go around naked or nearly so is that abuse? i don't think so . Children should be protected from real abuse but i don't think being photographed naked or drawn by relations or at there relations consent and there happy with it is in fact i believe it makes them more secure in themselves
