Which statistical test to use?

I have to run a stat test for data i collected in my psychology research project but im not sure which one to use. I'm using SPSS and I'm confused. My study has 4 dependent variables, 4 groups and one independent variable. I was sure whether i should use an ANOVA or what. Can anyone help?
