Biology lab meltdown?

Okay so today was my first bio lab. It turns out that I was already supposed to familiarize myself with all of the parts of the microscope, the cells that I would be observing that day, and the ten pages worth of procedures that I was supposed to fully understand. The whole 3 hours seems like a blur now and I was so overwhelmed that I almost ped out. Now I have a 2 page worksheet to fill out and turn in by Wednesday but I don't know any of the questions seeing as how I screwed up the lab. What should I do? I can't think straight right now and I need to get an A or else I won't be able to get into med school.
