What do I do when a virus has changed my aim pword. I cant log into anyhting and cant use the aol recvry?

Aim virus has changed my pword and now I cant log into my email or even my aim sn. I forgot my security question for the aol feature so im basically stuck. Any suggestions or ideas please help
