OPENING A BANQUET/RECEPTION HALL...for weddings, quincea�eras, etc.?

This is not going to be the "best" answer, but friends and family helping you get going are great but you need to plan for them NOT being there to help you. If a "paid" job comes up you may get pushed to the side a little. Friends are great and we had many many friends help us to start a bakery, but the help lasted only for the first few weeks. I am just giving a little advice to help you in your planning.
