My System Fles taken lots of space how to empty these files?

Go to your start menu, do a search. Type in the first file you mentioned. When it pull it up just highlight, delete, and empty your recycle bin. Do the same for the second program. Then go to 'my computer', right click on where ever your hard drive is, i.e. A, C, E...Click on properties, then click on do a disk cleanup. This will clear up a lot of space for ya.
