Just as easily as she can ask you can also tell her about your issues. I'm sure she'd be open to hearing about it and help you out emotionally if not any other way. Even if pregnant women kept their feelings to themselves does it really get you anywhere with having children? No. And i'm sure when the day comes that you get pregnant you'd want to share the news with everyone too.
