4 month old sneezing and has nasal congestion?

This pat week my entire family has been sick with something, and to varying degrees. Now it's the baby's turn. She has been congested and sneezing for a few days. NO other symptoms, and her mucus is not yellow or green. I don't think I have to bring her to the doctor. Would you?
